the lazy bug... and Project Dance! POSTED AT 11:29 PM in PDPG It's becoming increasingly hard to get anything done over the weekend these past few weeks. That could be due to a number of things, one of which would be the influx of new books, which always makes me realise that I still have another 2.5 shelves of unread books to make a dent in. This is not counting the few reference books (mainly drama-related) that I haven't touched yet for lack of time. The other reason might possibly be the feeling of lethargy that settles over one when you realise it's mid-May and things are supposed to be slowing down at work (though it isn't really, yet.) Ah, as long as no one is actually calling me, I guess it's not that urgent. Yet. There's a song that reflects this pretty well, though there ARE some parts in it that are... erm. not very delicate. Okay, maybe offensive. To me. So I'll just give you the lyrics for the first verse. Which is basically the only part of the song I like. You can google the rest of it if you're curious enough.
Ah. But I did do one thing productive today. Which was take a run (more like a walk and a pant) at the Botanical Gardens and further remind myself how out of shape I am. Not that I was ever in shape. I suppose the second productive thing I did (am doing?) today was (is?) write this post. Because the sole reason of this post (besides telling the world what a bum I am) is to tell you about Project Dance Penang and how you can help... and because I am the laziest person in the world, I'm just going to direct you to other blog posts! Yay! How does that sound? Hehe...
To find out more about Project Dance, click here and here. To find out how you can contribute to Project Dance in Penang, click here. To register for Project Dance Penang, click here. (You can fill up the form and pay online, or you can print out the PDF form and pass it to me.) This is the first time Project Dance is coming to Malaysia... and it's going to be in PENANG (eat your hearts out, KL-ites, it's about time you realised you're not the centre of Malaysia). In a nutshell (for the even-lazier-than-me-people who are NOT going to click) Project Dance is:
There.
I wrote longer than I intended.
Now I'm going to work on my confuzzled thought post. Toodles.
(On another random matter, I think tabulas has been eating the comments I've received... because I thought I got an e-mail with a comment but I haven't seen it anywhere on the blog! Strange...)
talk to me!
